In the Soviet time - the time when God was refuted uniquely by the state and atheism was considered as one of the ideological supports of socialism - the favorite reading of the children as well as several adults in Azerbaijan were stories from "Terrifying tales". Since the fight between Kheyir and Shar as a rule was revived in classic style of Eastern legend, the moment that most attracts the readers' attention is to seek the ways of rescue from magic deeds that stuff and bewitch human life. How shall we say, people showing interest in such things tried to think over the possibility of existing appearance of the tale world in the world of reality.

Approximately more than two years ago what happened was an event that will be considered as miracle in the so-called NZS settlement among the people located next to "Azerneftyagh" oil-refinery of Baku which can be considered ancient. People from different regions began to take refuge in Adalat's door that had a small yard in the side of the road. Interest in it was that most of the people who were seeking help after visiting Adalat's door understood that their remedy was in this young man's hand. One could say that nobody got back empty-handed.

Meeting this 36-year-old man in the street or other crowded places one can think he is a sportsman accustomed to intensive training regime. If someone from West countries meets him then he will be impressed that he sees an ancient hero throwing discus in the Olympic Games held in Antique Greece. In fact, Adalat's wide shoulders and strong arms make him look like an athlete… But it is enough to focus your attention in his face in a moment and you will be impressed by mild and bearded, noble-looking aura with sparkling eyes.

Adalat was born in one of the mountainous villages of the Small Caucasus emerging to Azerbaijan. He wasn't distinguished by singularity in his childhood. However, when he was 12 years old he fell sick heavily. Doctors were helpless in his treatment. According to his memory something was shaking him inside, as all his viscera wanted to blow up and leave his body.

Disease stopped suddenly as it had begun suddenly, but fundamental changes happened in this boy's life.
After this little Adalat began to keep up intercourse with angels and ghosts' talks and advice. With such virtual and utopist talks he used to receive strength from God every day. But Adalat kept it in secret, because "heaven" tasked him to do that.
So the time passed, Adalat went to serve in the Soviet Army. After demobilization he had to live tragic and sad days because of the occupation of his land by Armenian invaders in the beginning of the 90's.
One day he got a message from angels "You have to show up and demonstrate your strength and what can you do for people". From that time Adalat directed his attention to render assistance to the people with diseases that civilization can't treat and to return people to normal life that had a psychic shock.
"My treatment method is very common. I examine afflicted persons with my hands, then with my hands I inject my energy to the patient's body. In this time my hands are very hot. If my opportunities do not help to set the patient on his/her feet, then divine forces as if push my hands back and if I don't take my hands back then my energy burns myself" - Adalat explains his methods of unusual treatment.

One of the interesting moments of his practice is the fact that he taught a child who lost his speech as a result of catastrophe and fear and had unable to speak for 3 months to say words faultlessly after 3 seances. Another time he helped a paralyzed patient to go without any help. The other magic case is that a 45-year-old woman who had experience of family life rather like the life of personage in the wok of art, finally gave birth to boy.

Although Adalat is devout and worships the Islam, he attaches no importance to faith of his patients. From his sayings there isn't any difference where God exists and Humble among the people with a different color of skin, their language and their faith in God that created this universe." I was surprised at the fact that the Russian woman from Northern Caucasus who was struck by a deep psychic shock saw her treatment in Baku in a certain place in his dream"- Adalat says.
We ask Adalat to give scientific explanation of these unusual events. " I haven't even a proper secondary education, that's why it is difficult to me to explain it scientifically'- he answers frankly laughing. As a person having his own opinions related to the processes in the universe Adalat had thoughts that attracted attention.

In his opinion, notwithstanding the civilization development, people's mastering the Space secret, the delicate issue as justice didn't find its solution. To tell the truth although Kheyir is increasing, Shar also tries to raise a revolt.
I think that the issues that are not settled fairly find their flow with the will of the God. For instance, one man's health becomes sharp not depending on himself, though he tries and fights against the disease which medical science can't do anything or merely this person hasn't means to pass treatment.
But the God doesn't allow his humble to pass away in such a state and sends him to the people like me through the angels. "On the other hand, why people like me are born from the ancient times? I think its only explanation is in the necessity to the helpers in order to establish the above-mentioned fair principles" - saying that Adalat touches upon the philosophy how Kheyir prevails over Shar.
